Skye and Frida’s favorite swing out, and all the fundamentals necessary to make it feel and look awesome.
Intermediate Class 2:
Swingout Variations and Styling
Moves and styling to spice up your basic.
Intermediate Class 3:
Vertical Connection and Bounce
How to use bounce to connect on the vertical plane, and some cool moves that use this connection.
Intermediate Class 4:
Intermediate Music and Rhythm
Rhythmic variations and musical moves.
