The German Society building is in the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia, just northeast of Center City. It’s a historic building complete with two 3000 square feet rooms, the Auditorium and the Library, which are wood-floored and perfect for dancing. Please wear suede or otherwise soft-soled shoes for classes at this venue, as the floors have been recently refinished.

The GSB is just blocks away from Philly’s hippest cafes, restaurants and shops (don’t miss Honey’s Sit n’ Eat for a great brunch), including Silk City, a sweet restaurant, bar and club open into the wee hours (2am).

The NoLibs Dance House

The NoLibs Dance House is home to several Lindy Hoppers and friends. The kind inhabitants regularly offer the space as a venue for Powerhouse Blues dances and classes. Although the dance floor is small, the space provides an intimate, social ambience for our Farewell Late Night event.

The NLDH is just blocks away from the German Society, the main venue of LaBLove.
