LaB is our flagship event: a weekly Lindy Hop and blues dance held in center city Philadelphia. Every Tuesday night, we offer group lessons (no partner necessary) followed by a three-hour social dance with swing and blues music. These classes are provided free of charge with paid admission to the dance of $5.
Lesson alternating between Lindy hop and blues. First and third Tuesdays we teach blues, second and fourth we teach Lindy. The Fifth Tuesdays could be either (check the

Street parking is scarce near the Ethical Society Building, but LaB attendees will receive a discount rate of $6/night (starting after 6PM) at the EZPark garage on 21st St. between Market St. and Chestnut St. Ask to have your ticket validated.

It’s the fifth Tuesday of the month! It’s the start of a new school year, it’s the start of a beautiful fall, and it’s time to get dancing!
8PM–
Upstairs: Carsie & Jon will be teaching an all-levels blues class.
Downstairs: There will be a novice lindy drop-in lesson with Dan Repsch.
9PM–
Upstairs: Carsie & Jon will lead the last of this month’s lindy mini-class and practice session.
Downstairs: Dance to the sweet tunes of LaB’s house DJs.
